Refunds and Exchanges Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee at Vintage Leather. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Custom & Altered Orders: Please note that custom-made or altered items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using an insured shipping service. If a return package is lost or damaged in transit and was not insured, we cannot issue a refund.

  • Late Returns: If you return an item after the 30-day window, a refund will not be issued to your original payment method. Instead, the amount will be credited to your E-wallet balance, which is valid for one year.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please send it back to our return address.

  1. Include a note inside the package with your Order Number and the details of the item/size/style you wish to exchange it for.

  2. We recommend keeping your proof of postage, as we do not cover return shipping costs.

  3. If there is a price difference for the new item, we will contact you before processing.

  4. Once we receive your return, your exchange will typically be dispatched within 5 working days (subject to stock availability).

Returns & Refunds

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Our website features a live inventory directly linked to our warehouse stock. While prices can be displayed in your local currency for guidance, all transactions are processed in EURO (€). The final amount charged depends on the exchange rate used by your card issuer.

We ship worldwide on weekdays only using trusted delivery partners:

  • UK: Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.

  • International: DHL, DPD, and UPS.

EU Orders Notice: All orders to EU countries are shipped directly from our Ireland warehouse. This ensures that EU customers will not face any import duties.

  • Fast Delivery Cut-off: The cut-off time for same-day dispatch on Fast Delivery is 14:00 (GMT).

  • Please Note: All Fast/Express shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Returns (Outside the IRELAND & UK )

If you are returning an item from outside the IRELAND AND UK, you must follow these guidelines carefully to avoid your parcel being rejected:

  • Clearly label the outside of the package as a "RETURNED ITEM".

  • Ensure this is explicitly stated on all customs declaration forms.

  • Important: Vintage Leather will not pay any outstanding customs or import duties on return packages. If a parcel arrives with customs fees due to incorrect labelling, it will be rejected and sent back to you.
