2. Payment Methods

All payments are processed through highly secure payment gateways, including Shopify Payments and PayPal.

  • You do not need a PayPal account to complete a purchase; you can pay directly using any major credit or debit card.
  • All transactions on this website are processed securely, and your financial data is fully encrypted.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Return Shipping: Vintage Leather does not cover the postage costs for returning or exchanging an item. The customer is solely responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Proof of Postage: We strongly advise you to keep your proof of postage safe until your refund has been fully processed. We are not liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit while being returned to us.
  • Processing Time: Once your return package is safely received at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be completed and credited back to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse for a full refund.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to receive the delivery and then follow our standard returns process to get a refund.
